Minimum Age Should Be : 18 Years Maximum Age Shoul Be : 24 Years Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should be between 06.11.2001 and 06.11.2007. Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. Candidates belonging to PwBD categories shall be given age relaxation up to 10 years, up to 15 years for SC/ST and up to 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates.

As stated in the advertisement, the selection of apprentices would be made on the basis of merit based on the results of the qualifying exam. An older person would be taken into consideration if their merit score was comparable. Influencing or canvassing would never be permitted and might lead to the candidate being rejected. Position reservations will be made in accordance with the Government of India's SC/ST/OBC/PwBD policy.
